Frostalixo operates exclusively within the territorial boundaries of Hong Kong. Because we focus entirely on serving our local audience, we restrict our logistical infrastructure to this region.

• No International Shipping: We do not facilitate international shipping, nor do we accept orders bound for addresses outside Hong Kong.
• Local Delivery Focus: All inventory is dispatched from our regional warehouse facility directly to local residential or commercial destinations.

Delivery Timeline Breakdown

We recognize the importance of dependable delivery dates. Our distribution model adheres to a strict timeline from the moment your order is corroborated to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. The comprehensive duration for order fulfillment spans two to three business days, broken down into two distinct phases:

1. Handling and Packaging Phase

Every order requires exactly 1 business day for handling. During this time, our warehouse team retrieves your ice bath tub from inventory, performs a quality check, and packages the unit securely for transport. This preparation phase is completed with zero hidden handling costs.

2. Transit and Courier Phase

Once your package is prepared and transferred to our local courier partner, the transit phase begins. This physical transport process requires 1 to 2 business days to reach your designated address anywhere within Hong Kong.

Delivery Surcharges and Shipping Fees

To maintain total transparency throughout your transaction, Frostalixo offers complimentary domestic shipping across all operational areas.

• Zero Shipping Fees: There is no delivery charges added to your purchase during checkout.
• No Hidden Costs: The price you see for the item is the total amount you pay. We do not impose any surprise fuel surcharges, regional fees, or unexpected logistics costs at the time of delivery.

Payment Protocol: Cash on Delivery

Our fulfillment structure operates exclusively under Cash on Delivery, or COD, protocols. This choice aligns with our dedication to security and simplicity.

When our logistics partner arrives at your doorstep, you complete the full payment in cash before receiving the package. Because we collect funds manually upon arrival, our platform never requests, processes, or stores your billing account details or credit card information during the online ordering process.

Order Cancellations in Transit

Our logistical system is highly optimized, which impacts how order cancellations are processed:

• Eligible Cancellations: You can cancel an order without penalty only while the physical package remains inside our facility.
• Ineligible Cancellations: Once the item has been dispatched and transferred to our external logistics provider, operational cancellation becomes impossible. At that stage, the delivery must be completed at the destination address, and the package cannot be recalled mid-transit.
