You agree not to disrupt website operations, transmission networks, or attempt to compromise portal security infrastructure. All intellectual property, imagery, and text content displayed on this platform remain the exclusive property of Frostalixo.

Our business activities are restricted geographically. We operate exclusively within the territorial boundaries of Hong Kong. All orders, logistics, fulfillments, and customer support arrangements are restricted to local addresses inside Hong Kong. We do not accept international purchases, nor do we facilitate international shipping or logistical transport outside this specific region.

Module: Logistics

We maintain explicit guidelines regarding delivery timelines and structural fulfillment. Our fulfillment model operates under these specific temporal criteria:

Handling Duration: 1 business day is designated for order packaging and outbound logistics preparation. We provide complimentary domestic shipping on all orders, with zero hidden transport expenses.

Transit Duration: The remaining fulfillment requires 1 to 2 business days for physical transit to your destination.

Total Delivery Timeline: The comprehensive duration from purchase confirmation to completion spans 2 to 3 business days.

Order cancellation requests are accommodated exclusively while the physical package remains inside our warehouse facility. Once an item has been dispatched and transferred to our external logistics provider, operational cancellation becomes impossible, and the delivery process must be completed at the destination address.

We conduct operations using Cash on Delivery protocols. Customers complete the full payment directly at their doorstep when the courier arrives. There are no additional shipping expenses, hidden transaction processing fees, or surprise surcharges added during delivery.

Module: Returns

Frostalixo offers a clear 30-days return policy, which begins precisely on the day your item is delivered. To maintain complete transparency, return requests are evaluated according to specific operational situations:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a physically compromised unit or an incorrect equipment model, notify our staff immediately via email. We will arrange a courier pickup directly from your address at no cost to you.

Evaluation Phase: Once the unit arrives back at our warehouse, our team requires twenty-four hours to inspect the condition of the return item.

Resolution Methods: Following this examination, we will either coordinate an equivalent replacement unit or, if the damage cannot be resolved or stock is unavailable, we will initiate a complete refund.

Refund Processing: Since we operate solely via cash on delivery and possess no records for your account, we will communicate via email to request your local bank details. Refunds are issued via direct bank transfer. Once initiated, the funds require 5 to 6 business days to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your banking institution.

We do not impose restocking fees for processed returns. However, we do not accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds arising from a customer change of mind. We request that buyers finalize their purchasing decisions and order only when entirely certain of their choice.
